Horizon Swiss Flight Academy is an Approved Training Organisation (CH.ATO.0146) founded in 1979 and part of the Helvetic Airways Group.
Since 2018 Horizon is an approved Maintenance Training and Examination Organisation (CH.147.0018) by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation and specialized on commercial & business Embraer types.
All Horizon maintenance courses comply with the EASA Part-147 regulations.

Horizon Swiss Flight Academy and Helvetic Airways together form the Helvetic Airways Group. Most technicians from Helvetic Airways Technic have been trained by Horizon. The Embraer E190/195 E1 and E2 serves as training aircraft for all Part-147 Technical Training.
